Cherie Marshall

Cherie has built her career around people, service, and attention to detail. She began with 17 years in hospitality, working across five star and six star resorts and hotels, where she developed a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping others. Over the past 10 years, she has brought those skills into real estate, working in sales support and administration and gaining a solid understanding of all aspects of the industry including the conveyancing process.

After relocating from the Gold Coast over a decade ago, Cherie and her family have proudly called Pakenham home. She values being part of the local community and is known within the team for her reliability, organisation, and calm, methodical approach. Cherie takes pride in the behind-the-scenes work that helps ensure every transaction runs smoothly.

Outside of the office, Cherie enjoys spending time with her family, her two Moodles 'Bazil' and 'Gizmo' and her French Bulldog 'Groot', relaxing with sport and cheering on her beloved Canterbury Bulldogs. She’s also a keen NFL fan and loves catching a game whenever she can.
