Kristina Verkaik

With 6.5 years of experience in the real estate industry, 4 years in marketing, and 15 years of experience in the events industry, Kristina brings a diverse skill set and a strong passion for building relationships to her role at Ray White Pakenham.

Having previously worked for a local agency, Kristina successfully built and grew a department from the ground up, demonstrating her dedication, initiative, and commitment to achieving outstanding results. Her background in marketing and events has equipped her with exceptional communication, organisational, and client service skills, making her a valuable asset to both her team and clients.

Excited to be returning to real estate, Kristina is passionate about helping people through their property journey and delivering a seamless, positive experience every step of the way. Her passion for property extends beyond her career, as she is currently renovating and subdividing her home in Bunyip, giving her firsthand experience and insight into the property market from an owner's perspective.

Kristina recently married her partner of 10 years in Bali. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and is a proud pet owner to one dog and two cats. In her spare time, Kristina enjoys attending Pilates classes, exploring new destinations, and travelling the world whenever she gets the opportunity.

Kristina is thrilled to be joining the Ray White Pakenham team and looks forward to building lasting relationships within the local community while helping clients achieve their property goals.
